Gill Kelly and Dawn Rolph are proud of their state of the art swim coaching facility in Rochford. Tri ‘N’ Swim W.E.L.L. relocated in August 2012 near the Golden Cross in Rochford, Essex and features an Endless Pool.

The pool is 1 m deep and has a broad, deep current that’s adjustable to any speed, stroke or ability. It can benefit any level of swimmer from water phobic (due to its shallow depth and close proximity to all 4 sides) up to Olympic Gold medallist standard (Alistair Brownlee has one in his back garden!).

We offer swim coaching in a private, clean and relaxed environment, in our purpose built pool house. We have 3 changing areas and spacious disabled toilet/shower facilities.

Lessons take place in the privacy of the pool room which is separated and soundproofed from the entrance and changing areas.  All sessions can be recorded and taken home on DVD as your personal reference of your session.
